Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team duties and schedules
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and presentation throughout the residence
- Oversee all cleaning, laundry, and linen operations to the highest standard
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Ensure proper grooming, attire, and conduct of team members
- Support team performance through guidance and discipline as required
Inventory & Supplies:
- Manage cleaning supplies, linen stock, and household provisions
- Track usage, monitor costs, and ensure timely reordering
Client Service:
- Respond to principal and guest preferences and requests with efficiency
- Ensure personal items are handled with care, including wardrobe and delicates
Special Projects:
- Assist with seasonal deep cleaning, special events, and house setup for guests or travel
- Coordinate with maintenance and service providers for household needs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury residence or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, product safety, and fabric care
- High attention to detail and discretion
Working Conditions:
- Full-time with flexibility to accommodate the household's needs
- Live-in or live-out available
