A warm and welcoming family relocating from Singapore to Parsons Green is seeking an experienced, organised, and caring Nanny / Mother’s Help to join them on a long-term basis. The role will involve caring for the family’s four-month-old baby, supporting Mum with the three children’s routines, assisting with school pick-ups, light housekeeping, and preparing children’s meals. This is a shared-care position, with Mum actively involved in the children’s day-to-day care. The family are looking for someone calm, kind, meticulous, and trustworthy who can become a valued long-term member of the household.
The family have three children:
- Boy – starting Reception in September
- Girl – attending nursery
- Baby boy – 4 months old
Schedule:
- Monday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm (3:00pm onwards: School pick-up and childcare support with all three children)
- Tuesday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm (School pick-up and afternoon childcare support)
- Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm (up to 10:00pm when babysitting is required - Baby care, light housekeeping, school pick-up, and preparing dinner for the children)
Additional ad-hoc hours may be available.
Duties Include:
- Providing nurturing care for the baby, including feeding, naps, and developmental activities
- Supporting Mum with the care and routines of all three children
- School/nursery pick-ups and afternoon routines
- Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children
- Light housekeeping, tidying, and organising children’s areas
- Keeping children’s belongings, bedrooms, and play areas organised
- Supporting with children’s laundry and general household organisation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Extensive newborn and infant care experience
- Previous experience caring for multiple young children
- A warm, calm, and nurturing personality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work alongside parents in a shared-care environment
