A warm and welcoming family of three based in West London is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant / Housekeeper to provide comprehensive support within their private household. This varied role combines household management, personal assistant duties, hands-on housekeeping, and after-school childcare support. The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the household while providing attentive care and support for the family's child after school. The family would particularly welcome applications from French-speaking candidates and are seeking someone who is dynamic, energetic, adaptable, and pleasant to have around the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant Duties
- Diary and schedule management
- Coordinating appointments and household services
- Running errands and assisting with administrative tasks
- Supporting the principals with day-to-day organisational requirements
- Housekeeping & Household Management
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the residence
- Laundry and ironing
- Wardrobe organisation and management
- Monitoring household supplies and replenishing stock as required
- Ensuring the household runs efficiently and proactively identifying areas requiring attention
- School collection as required
- Providing after-school care and supervision
- Assisting with children's routines and activities
- Preparing simple meals and snacks when required
- Supporting the family with approximately 24–30 hours of childcare-related duties per week
- Additional Duties
- Light family cooking as required
- Providing flexible support according to the family's changing needs
- Maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality at all times
