At Pennyhill Park, part of the Exclusive Collection, we’re passionate about British hospitality at its best, we’re in the business of smiles and that starts with you! We’re on the lookout for a detailed orientated Sales Administrator to support our Events Manager and the wider Sales and Events team on a fixed term basis of two months.
The Role
- Process all incoming wedding, event and group enquiries by accurately recording details in our system (HART).
- Update and maintain client files, enquiry logs and tracking documents to ensure all information is correct.
- Prepare and distribute proposals, contracts and function sheets as directed by the Sales and Events team.
- Assist with preparing weekly and monthly reports, including enquiry and conversion statistics.
- Support the team with internal co-ordination and communication between departments.
What We’re Looking For?
- An accurate eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Great organisational skills.
- GCSE level or equivalent in English language and Maths.
- IT literate – be able to use Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Word competently.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, primarily office hours but it could also include evenings and occasional weekends.
- Ability to travel to and from Pennyhill Park.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
