Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours
- Carry out regular security and safety checks across the property
- Assist with late arrivals and early departures
- Set up public areas for the following day, ensuring cleanliness and presentation
- Respond to guest requests and emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Complete night audits and required administrative tasks
- Liaise with the day team to ensure smooth handovers
Person Specification
- Previous night porter, security or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
- Calm, professional manner with good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety procedures
- Comfortable working night shifts, including weekends
