You will join as a Kitchen Porter, playing a vital role in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of our kitchen operations. Your contribution will help maintain high hygiene standards and support chefs in delivering exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the kitchen team with cleaning, washing up and general kitchen duties
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and storage spaces
  • Assist with pot wash, dishwashing and safe handling of kitchen equipment
  • Support basic food preparation tasks when required
  • Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed
  • Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and COSHH procedures
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen colleagues during busy service periods
