We are actively seeking a Kitchen Porter / Assistant at Pennyhill Park, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa. You will be a crucial part of the kitchen to help the kitchen run successfully. You will have an excellent work ethic and a can-do attitude - we will teach you the rest!

Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
- Supporting chefs as required
- Adhering to health and safety, fire, hygiene, and COSHH regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness of the staff canteen
- Managing staff meal periods, ensuring food levels and compliance with food safety legislation
- Managing breakages and notifying the supervisor
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth food service
- Processing wastage using the dehydra machine
The Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidates will:
- Possess previous experience (preferable but not essential)
- Understand the importance of a clean kitchen
- Be passionate about hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
- Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
