You will join as a Housekeeping Attendant (Irregular Hours) that values teamwork, attention to detail, and pride in presentation, supporting the housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the required brand standards
- Ensure all rooms are presented to a high standard within agreed timeframes
- Replenish guest amenities, linen and supplies as required
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures
- Support with deep cleaning tasks and additional duties as required
- Work collaboratively with the wider housekeeping and hotel team
Person Specification
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours on an irregular basis
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
