Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and service
- Follow recipe specifications to maintain consistency and quality
- Support preparation and menu production across different kitchen sections
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Monitor ingredient quality and support stock rotation
- Work flexibly across sections to develop core culinary skills
- Support service by ensuring timely preparation of dishes
Person Specification
