You will join as a Spa Guest Services Assistant, supporting the Spa Reception and wider spa team to deliver a smooth, friendly and professional guest journey. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first point of contact
- Support guest arrivals and departures, including tours of the spa
- Respond to guest enquiries, service requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
- Maintain tidy and welcoming front‑of‑house and guest‑facing public areas
- Follow hotel procedures, service standards and health & safety guidelines
- Support the wider Spa team during busy periods
