You will join as a Spa Attendant, playing an important role in supporting the day‑to‑day operation of our spa facilities. Your attention to detail, calm approach and pride in presentation will help ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing, clean and welcoming spa environment throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation across spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas and treatment spaces
  • Prepare spa areas for daily operation, ensuring towels, robes and amenities are fully stocked
  • Support guests with general enquiries and provide a warm, professional presence within the spa
  • Assist with laundry movement, towel replenishment and stock rotation
  • Ensure spa facilities are safe, tidy and ready for guest use at all times
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards or guest concerns promptly
  • Follow all health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures
