Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas and treatment spaces
- Prepare spa areas for daily operation, ensuring towels, robes and amenities are fully stocked
- Support guests with general enquiries and provide a warm, professional presence within the spa
- Assist with laundry movement, towel replenishment and stock rotation
- Ensure spa facilities are safe, tidy and ready for guest use at all times
- Report maintenance issues, hazards or guest concerns promptly
- Follow all health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures
