The Castle Inn, part of The Manor House estate, is a historic Cotswolds inn where relaxed dining meets warm, welcoming service. Together, they offer a heritage‑rich setting where every detail is designed to create memorable experiences for guests.
You will join as a Restaurant and Bars Manager, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Hotel Restaurant & Beverage areas. Your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Restaurant & Bars department, ensuring smooth operations across restaurant, bar and event areas.
- Manage, motivate and support the team, maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee staffing, rotas, team development and performance.
- Ensure excellent guest experiences through consistent service and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior teams to deliver seamless service.
- Monitor financial performance, including stock control, labour management and waste reduction.
- Uphold compliance with food safety, allergens, licensing laws and health & safety.
- Lead service during busy periods, resolving issues confidently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all F&B areas.
- Support the C&B function and work as one team when business requires.

- Experience in Michelin restaurants and F&B Management roles.
