Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests during the night
- Assist guests with requests, enquiries, luggage, and room service deliveries
- Carry out regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel and grounds
- Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, and presented to the highest standards
- Set up meeting rooms and public spaces ready for the following day
- Respond promptly to guest needs and support the overnight operation
- Complete night porter duties, records, and checklists accurately
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents appropriately
Person Specification
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
