You will join as a Kitchen Porter, playing an essential role in supporting our kitchen team and helping to maintain the high standards that underpin every guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are cleaned efficiently
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage of goods
- Dispose of waste safely and maintain a clean working environment
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
Person Specification
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking and organised approach
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
