You will join as a Guest Services Supervisor that values leadership, creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything they do, supporting the Guest Services Manager in leading the front office team and delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Support and guide the Guest Services team during shifts
  • Lead by example in delivering warm, professional and personalised guest experiences
  • Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints with confidence and professionalism
  • Ensure accurate check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintain high standards of presentation within reception and public areas
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, security and company procedures

Person Specification

  • Previous experience within a front office or guest services role
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confident problem-solver with a guest-focused mindset
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and evenings
