You will join us as a Food & Beverage Placement student, undertaking a one‑year rotational placement across our Food & Beverage operation. This role offers hands‑on experience across our restaurants, bar and conference & banqueting spaces, giving you a broad understanding of hospitality operations while developing practical skills in service, guest interaction and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate across Food & Beverage outlets including restaurants, bar and conference & banqueting.
  • Deliver warm, attentive service to guests across a variety of dining and event settings.
  • Develop strong product knowledge in food and beverage offerings.
  • Support restaurant and bar service, including table service and guest interaction.
  • Assist with conference and event setup, service and breakdown.
  • Assist with conference refreshments, buffets and meeting room setups.
  • Follow service standards, health & safety and food hygiene procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently studying a relevant degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • Interest and enthusiasm for Food & Beverage operations.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn, rotate across departments and take on new challenges.
  • Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
