Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
  • Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation.
  • Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
  • Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations.
  • Process payments accurately and follow company procedures.
  • Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service.
  • Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
