You will join as a Food and Beverage Assistant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation.
- Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
- Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations.
- Process payments accurately and follow company procedures.
- Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service.
- Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
