Key Responsibilities

  • Support the C&B Manager in coordinating conferences, meetings and event operations.
  • Oversee room setups, equipment checks and service preparation.
  • Supervise the team during events to maintain smooth service and high standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, handling requests confidently.
  • Assist with staffing, rotas and task allocation during busy periods.
  • Maintain clean, well-presented function rooms and service areas.
  • Support health & safety, licensing and compliance procedures.
  • Work closely with F&B, Kitchen and Sales teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Help train and support team members to build service confidence.
