Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Support and guide the Guest Services team during shifts
- Lead by example in delivering warm, professional and personalised guest experiences
- Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints with confidence and professionalism
- Ensure accurate check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain high standards of presentation within reception and public areas
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, security and company procedures
Person Specification
- Previous experience within a front office or guest services role
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
