Job Introduction

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a designated kitchen section as a Chef de Partie, ensuring dishes meet consistently high standards.
- Manage daily preparation, organisation and workflow within your section.
- Supervise and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs during prep and service.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen standards across your area.
- Monitor dish quality, portion control and presentation throughout service.
- Support ordering, stock rotation and effective ingredient management.
- Communicate with Sous Chefs, Head Chefs and the Executive Chef to maintain kitchen performance.
- Contribute ideas to improve dishes, organisation and guest experience.
Person Specification
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
- Confident running a section in a high-quality kitchen or hospitality environment.
- Strong cooking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to supervise, mentor and train junior chefs.
- Organised, calm and professional during service.
- Ambition to progress towards Sous Chef level.
