Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly and professional service to guests at all times
- Support the day-to-day operation across guest-facing departments as required
- Create positive guest experiences and respond to enquiries confidently and professionally
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Promote hotel facilities, services and experiences to guests
Person Specification
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
- Positive, friendly and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
