Key Responsibilities- Clean and present guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors to consistently high standards.
- Change bed linen, restock amenities and follow property presentation guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment and storage areas in a tidy, organised state.
- Support linen movement, replenishment and room readiness during busy periods.
- Demonstrate warm, professional interactions when encountering guests.
- Follow all cleaning procedures, COSHH, manual handling and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to follow procedures and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable handling manual, repetitive and physical tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent service.
- Friendly, respectful approach when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to the team.
