Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pastry section in Latymer as a Chef de Partie, ensuring dishes meet consistently high standards.
  • Manage daily preparation, organisation and workflow within your section.
  • Supervise and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs during prep and service.
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen standards across your area.
  • Monitor dish quality, portion control and presentation throughout service.
  • Support ordering, stock rotation and effective ingredient management.
  • Communicate with Sous Chefs and the Head Chef to maintain kitchen performance.
  • Contribute ideas to improve dishes, organisation and guest experience.

Person Specification

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
  • Confident running a section in a high‑quality kitchen or hospitality environment.
