Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel and estate
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues
- Assist with the upkeep of building services, plant equipment and guest areas
- Complete maintenance records and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with all departments to minimise disruption to guests and operations
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering or facilities role
- Good practical skills with knowledge of general building maintenance
