You will join as a Guest Services Assistant, supporting the Front Office and wider hotel team to deliver a smooth, friendly and professional guest journey. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first point of contact
- Support guest arrivals and departures, including luggage assistance where required
- Respond to guest enquiries, service requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
- Maintain tidy and welcoming front-of-house and guest-facing public areas
- Follow hotel procedures, service standards and health & safety guidelines
- Support the wider Guest Services and Front Office team during busy periods
