Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines and coffees.
- Create a warm, engaging atmosphere and provide confident recommendations to guests.
- Keep the bar stocked, organised and clean throughout service.
- Handle orders, tabs and payments accurately.
- Follow responsible alcohol service and basic licensing guidelines.
- Support stock rotation and ensure ingredients and garnishes are well maintained.
- Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
