You will join as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in our Latymer Restaurant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service in our Michelin star, 5 AA Rosette restaurant. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and overall guest experience.
- Lead the team during service, ensuring smooth flow and consistent standards.
- Handle guest queries confidently and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with training, coaching and supporting team members.
- Oversee table plans, reservations and service readiness.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the restaurant.
- Support stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
- Coordinate communication between restaurant, kitchen and bar teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen processes and health & safety standards.
