You will join as an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, supporting the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant & Bar while helping to deliver exceptional food, drink and service experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will inspire the team, maintain the highest service standards and ensure every guest receives warm, attentive hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the Restaurant & Bar, ensuring exceptional service at all times
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Take an active role in service, leading by example during busy periods
- Assist with team training, rota planning and performance development
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support stock control, ordering and cost management within the department
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety standards
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence
Person Specification
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a quality restaurant, bar or hotel environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage service
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A hands‑on approach with the confidence to lead from the floor
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
