Cover Supervisor Required
Pay: £100-£120 (dependent on experience)
Exclusive Education are currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of secondary schools across the Stockport area. This is an ideal role for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking for flexible work within education.
Role & Responsibilities:- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Provide support to students where necessary
- Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
- Previous experience working with young people (in schools or similar settings)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Confidence leading a classroom environment
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Two recent, relevant references
