The Role As a PPA Teacher, you will: * Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. * Provide classroom cover to allow teachers their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. * Create positive and engaging learning environments for pupils of all ages. * Adapt your teaching style to suit different year groups and learning needs. * Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement. * Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure continuity of learning. * Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * Experience teaching within the primary age range. * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. * The ability to quickly establish rapport with pupils and staff. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * A flexible and proactive approach to teaching. * A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
