Exclusive Education is looking to appoint an English Teacher to join a dynamic Secondary School in the Wirral area. This role is due to start in January 2026 and can be on a part‐time basis. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and confident English Teacher to take over the class and deliver high‐quality teaching in English Language and Literature.
Salary/Rate: £180 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Location: Crewe
Job Type: Part‐time

Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in English Language and Literature to KS3 and KS4 students
- Creating a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning
- Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student progress regularly
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed., or BA Hons with QTS)
- Be eligible to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Have prior experience working with children
- Have teaching experience in both English Language and English Literature
- Provide two professional references covering the last 2 years (ideally involving work with children)
- Hold an enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one
