Art Teacher (Secondary School)

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint an Art Teacher to work in a Secondary School in the North West.

The role starts in September on a part‑time basis. The candidate will take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching in a friendly, lively and vibrant school environment.

Responsibilities

The Art Teacher will deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5, implement strong behaviour management strategies, and adhere to school policies.

Requirements (Qualifications)

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons.
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
  • Have previous experience of working with children.
  • Have good knowledge of the full Art curriculum.
  • Previous KS3, KS4 and KS5 teaching experience.
  • Experience of delivering engaging lessons in the Art curriculum.
  • Two references working with children covering the last 2 years.
  • Hold a current DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
