The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant cooking, food safety, and kitchen management, particularly with pizza and dough preparation. You will be responsible for overseeing food production and preparation of the new concept, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Due to the nature of the business, regular weekend working will be required, as well as a mixture of daytime and evening shifts.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
