We are actively seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant in our Conference and Banqueting Team to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our guests receive a rapturous welcome whilst attending meetings and events here at Pennyhill Park.

Role Responsibility

As a Food and Beverage Assistant in our Conference and Banqueting team, you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place ensuring that we have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the conference and banqueting spaces are set up and prepared in line with our guests' requirements. During the course of service, you will support and assist the team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A passion for pleasing to ensure our guests have a happy experience.
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter ideally gained in a similar environment.
  • An interest and appreciation of fine food & wine.
  • Confident communicator - important to liaise with your guests and your other team members.
