About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Game Producer to support and manage the production of multiple Roblox games, reporting directly to our Head of Production. You will work across both original IP and branded projects, coordinating with internal teams and freelancers (designers, developers, artists) to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
This is a full-time role for someone who has hands-on experience with Roblox game production, ideally having managed or contributed to full-cycle Roblox game releases. You must understand the platform’s trends, development tools, and community expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the production of multiple Roblox games, from concept to launch and live ops.
- Coordinate between design, development, art, and QA teams to keep projects on track.
- Manage production timelines, sprints, and deliverables using tools like ClickUp or similar.
- Collaborate with the Head of Production to align priorities and resource planning.
- Help translate creative ideas into structured development pipelines.
- Proactively flag risks, delays, or issues and help solve them.
- Review builds and gameplay regularly to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience producing or co-producing Roblox games from start to finish.
- Strong background in Roblox game design or scripting.
- Solid understanding of the Roblox ecosystem, including UGC, platform trends, and player expectations.
- Experience working with branded content, licensing, or external client communication.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile production tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Trello).
- Fully remote – team is distributed across the US and Europe.
