About The Opportunity
The Solutions Architect role at Exclaimer is pivotal in designing and delivering integrated, scalable solutions that span the entire Operations Ecosystem, enabling seamless business operations and transformation initiatives. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, the role ensures that complex requirements are translated into effective architectures that drive operational excellence and support strategic growth.
- Create and maintain architectural diagrams and artefacts.
- Ensure integration of internal systems, external services, and third‑party applications supports data consistency, reliability, and compliance.
- Establish reusable patterns, continuously refine architectures to keep them aligned with business strategy, and proactively identify integration bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deeply understand requirements and constraints.
- Lead and develop the team of Business Analysts to ensure quality requirements gathering and process analysis.
- Oversee the Business Operations conduct risk assessments and collaborate with security and compliance teams.
- Uphold quality by ensuring solutions meet evolving business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
