About the opportunity:

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Boston office and partner directly with our go-to-market teams for an initial fixed term 12 month period. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process for our BDR, Commercial Account Executive and Enterprise sales teams, helping us find, assess and land the sales talent that will drive our next phase of growth. You’ll report into our Head of Talent Acquisition in London, but day to day you’ll work shoulder to shoulder with our Senior Sales Director and sales leadership in London & Boston. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows what great sales talent looks like and can spot it early.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for BDR, Commercial AE and Enterprise sales roles, from intake through to offer and close.
  • Hire in additional teams across Exclaimer including Marketing, Support and Engineering when required.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, agree interview plans and set clear expectations on timelines and process.
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines in the London & Boston markets, drawing on your existing networks as well as new channels.
  • Screen candidates and run thorough, structured interviews, assessing for skills, motivation, coachability and culture add.
  • Confidently identify the markers of a high-performing salesperson and advise hiring managers accordingly.
  • Coordinate interview panels and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Keep our ATS accurate and up to date, and follow our hiring process consistently.
  • Work closely with the Head of TA to share market insight, report on pipeline and hiring progress, and continuously improve how we hire.
  • Support with offers, negotiations and pre-boarding to make sure great candidates join us and stay excited.

About You:

  • Significant previous experience recruiting sales talent in a SaaS or tech environment, ideally across SDR/BDR, mid-market and enterprise in the UK & USA.
  • A sharp eye for what great looks like in a salesperson, with the judgement to back it up.
  • Thorough and confident in conducting structured interviews, and able to give clear, balanced feedback.
  • Genuinely collaborative, with a talent for building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues across time zones.
  • Process-minded and organised, with a high standard of attention to detail.
  • Experience using an ATS. We use Greenhouse, but experience with it specifically isn’t a requirement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple roles at once.
