About The Opportunity
- Support Exclaimer's hybrid infrastructure including onâpremises systems, cloud platforms, and network connectivity across global sites.
- Assist with DNS management, certificate renewals, and business continuity documentation.
- Help manage device management platforms (Intune, Kandji) across Windows and macOS environments.
- Learn and develop scripting skills to automate routine tasks and improve consistency.
- Support IAM processes including SSO configuration, access requests, and JoinerâMoverâLeaver workflows.
- Assist with licensing compliance for M365 and other key business systems.
- Act as secondâline escalation for issues our MSP cannot resolve.
- Follow ITILâaligned change and service management practices.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects, working with the IT Lead, InfoSec, and thirdâparty partners.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS environments, with some exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or M365.
- Familiarity with device management concepts or tools like Intune or Kandji.
- Interest in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
- Foundational understanding of networking principles including DNS, DHCP, and basic troubleshooting.
- A structured approach to problemâsolving and a willingness to figure things out.
- Genuine enthusiasm for IT and technology, with a desire to build a career in infrastructure and operations.
