This role tracks and reports on progress of all operational performance programmes of work, providing insights to leadership and the entire organisation, driving accountability and visibility. Additionally, it plays a key role in operational strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination to enhance efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end OKR process, ensuring teams set, align, and execute objectives effectively.
- Drive operational performance programmes, streamlining processes and enhancing execution.
- Ensure alignment across the business, connecting strategy to execution.
- Help develop and maintain performance tracking frameworks, ensuring companywide visibility into progress and risks.
- Regularly monitor OKRs, KPIs, and operational metrics, driving accountability and data-driven decisions.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies, improving execution and goal achievement.
- Standardise reporting through dashboards, OKR scorecards, and structured review cadences.
- Analyse trends in performance to help forecast results.
- Provide clear, concise performance updates to leadership, surfacing key insights and trends.
- Prepare and present OKR reports, operational insights, and business updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clarity on priorities.
- Establish regular leadership check-ins and decision-making forums to drive strategic execution.
