We are looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager, US to take clear ownership of our AMER channel marketing strategy and execution. This is a senior, revenue-aligned role. You will be responsible for driving measurable pipeline impact through our partner ecosystem, leading MDF strategy, partner campaigns, and regional activation programs across Commercial and Enterprise segments. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset. You won’t just build the plan — you will lead it, execute it, optimize it, and report on its impact. You will work closely with Channel Sales, Global Channel Marketing, and Regional Marketing to increase partner engagement, drive demand generation, and strengthen partner go-to-market execution across the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the AMER channel marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets and segment priorities (Commercial and Enterprise).
  • Translate global programs into impactful regional execution plans.
  • Drive quarterly planning with clear pipeline contribution targets.
  • Partner with the Channel Leader and Channel Account Managers in the region to shape the channel strategy and be a key go to market partner alongside the channel sales team.
  • Own MDF strategy, allocation, and ROI across assigned partners.
  • Build and execute partner-led campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and ARR contribution.
  • Ensure channel marketing pipeline targets are delivered through structured campaign planning and reporting.
  • Provide clear reporting on performance, attribution, and ROI.
  • Lead joint marketing planning with strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns, webinars, digital programs, and events.
  • Enable partners with scalable campaign-in-a-box assets and demand-generation toolkits.
  • Increase partner adoption, certification, and engagement across the region.
  • Own end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person regional partner events.
  • Manage budgets, logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event ROI analysis.
  • Align event strategy to segment growth priorities and partner tiers.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
  • Act as the regional channel marketing lead and point of accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of Channel Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of regional channel marketing strategy with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Proven experience managing MDF budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems including VARs, MSPs, SIs, Distributors, and technology alliances.
  • Experience supporting Commercial and Enterprise segments.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset — comfortable building campaigns as well as leading strategy.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability; comfortable with pipeline metrics and attribution.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalent), and partner portal platforms.
  • Ability to travel within the US as required.
