About the opportunity

• Support Exclaimer's hybrid infrastructure including on-premises systems, cloud platforms, and network connectivity across global sites.
• Assist with DNS management, certificate renewals, and business continuity documentation.
• Help manage device management platforms (Intune, Kandji) across Windows and macOS environments.
• Learn and develop scripting skills to automate routine tasks and improve consistency.
• Support IAM processes including SSO configuration, access requests, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows.
• Assist with licensing compliance for M365 and other key business systems.
• Act as second-line escalation for issues our MSP cannot resolve.
• Follow ITIL-aligned change and service management practices.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, working with the IT Lead, InfoSec, and third-party partners.

Skills, knowledge, and expertise

• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS environments, with some exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or M365.
• Familiarity with device management concepts or tools like Intune or Kandji.
• Interest in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
• Foundational understanding of networking principles including DNS, DHCP, and basic troubleshooting.
• A structured approach to problem-solving and a willingness to figure things out.
• Genuine enthusiasm for IT and technology, with a desire to build a career in infrastructure and operations.
