We\'re hiring a Supply Chain Import/Export Coordinator! Join our team and manage the flow of goods across borders.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of export orders across multiple markets and customers.
- Supply of Export orders within lead time.
- Maintain relationship with 3PL export team managing daily requirements.
- Lead weekly meetings with 3PL export team.
- Ownership of the shipping/import process and booking of containers based on spot pricing.
- Invoice sign off or challenge if needed for all things freight/clearance.
- Maintain relationship with freight forwarders.
- Weekly meeting with key freight forwarder to gain market understanding and highlight priorities.
- Escalate issues with any of the above to the wider internal team.
- Supply Chain knowledge in similar Manufacturing and Supply planning process, a proven specialist in Import/export and associated freight forwarding management.
- Strong IT Capabilities across core MS Office and ERP systems like Sage, SAP or other.
- Communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders with focus on Supply Planning both import and domestic.
- Data input and processing of Customer orders and Invoicing, ability to accurately process and amend data.
