As the agency continues to scale, we’re looking for an Account Manager to play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering standout campaigns, and helping shape the next phase of our growth.

The Role

You’ll manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of clients, leading campaigns from brief through to delivery and reporting. Working closely with our planning, operations and leadership teams, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for clients while ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role within a fast-moving agency environment, offering real ownership, responsibility and progression opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Leading OOH campaigns from briefing through to delivery and post-campaign reporting
  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Overseeing campaign timelines, artwork approvals and live delivery
  • Providing proactive updates, recommendations and campaign insights
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships
  • Supporting with pitches, proposals and strategic campaign planning where needed
