Excis is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to support a client onsite in the United Kingdom.
The role covers desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals with a strong emphasis on professional customer service and VIP user support.
You will troubleshoot Windows hardware/software, deploy PCs, update documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and complete IMAC requests.
Strong MS 365, AD/AAD, and Intune expertise are required.
