What You'll Do- Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service to all users, including VIPs, with confidence and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows platforms.
- Build and deploy PCs, patch network points, and resolve printer and connectivity issues.
- Maintain and update site‑specific documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
- Collaborate effectively with internal support teams and third‑party vendors.
- Manage incidents, IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change), and project‑related tasks.
- Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (current and legacy).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Intune, etc.).
- Experience with Windows imaging techniques (network and local).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Skilled in desktop and printer configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
