What you\’ll do –

Provide first-level support for network devices , including Cisco and HP

Assist with basic network topology and connectivity issues , including TCP/IP, DNS, and WINS

Manage and support mobile devices

Provide printer support , including basic troubleshooting and maintenance

Work within an ITIL-based environment and follow defined processes

Provide first-level application support to end users

Deliver a high level of customer service and user support

Requirements

Basic understanding of network devices , including Cisco and HP

Basic understanding of network topology , including TCP/IP, DNS, and WINS

Experience managing and supporting mobile devices

Experience providing printer support

Experience working in an ITIL environment

Basic understanding of first-level application support

Strong customer service mindset
