Top-end Major Loss role. UK major losses plus genuine home-foreign / international work that most adjusters never see.
You’ll still handle the bread-and-butter, major loss, UK stuff (fires, big commercial property, complex escapes of water). But you’ll also get the part most major loss adjusters don’t: cross-border losses and travel when the claim demands it.
Recent locations include Ecuador, Turkey and Vietnam. And it’s not just “bigger losses”. It’s different losses. Storm damage to European solar farms. Complex infrastructure exposures. Technical causation. Coverage nuance. Big financial consequences.
If you’re the sort of adjuster other people ring when it’s going sideways, you’ll fit. You’ll run major losses end-to-end. And you’ll be a technical anchor for the team... sense-checking strategy, sharpening reports, raising the bar.
Clients are high quality, including reinsurers. Work is hourly-rate. So you can do the job properly.
Chartered status needed (or very close). If your current role is strong but a bit… samey, get in touch.
