Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler within their Liability team in Manchester on a Hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

  • Use technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability and report, in compliance with prevailing client requirements/service standards while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Investigate and settle liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
