Overview
Our client, a leading global insurance company is looking to recruit Motor Claims Handlers to work on a hybrid basis attached to their Manchester office.
Responsibilities
- Proactively record, and process motor claims from cradle to grave in accordance with principles and procedures.
- Maintain files within service standards.
- Handle all aspects of a motor claim from the day it is reported to the day it is settled, including FNOL, vehicle repairs, credit hire, injury, and other elements.
- Take full case ownership, recognising and conducting the appropriate investigations necessary to determine liability from first report.
- Drive your own claims caseload to settlement as quickly as possible.
